1 lemon
, 1 cucumber,
1 tbsp ginger,
1 tbsp aloe vera juice,
a bunch of parsley or cilantro,
120 ml water.
Preparation and enjoyment:
Take a clean blender.
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and put it in the blender.
Add 1 tbsp ginger.
Squeeze the lemon juice.

Add half a glass of water.
